The amount of notice required depends on the nature of the delivery:

  • Local and short-distance deliveries can often be arranged on the same day or with very short notice.

  • Cross-border deliveries require at least 24 hours’ notice to allow us to process permits and documentation. Please note that import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the cargo owner, who must make arrangements through their preferred clearing agent.
