We aim to make our services as flexible and convenient as possible. That’s why we do not impose strict payment terms on our clients. Payments can be made in several ways:

Full payment before delivery for clients who prefer to settle everything upfront.
50% deposit before delivery and the balance after delivery for added flexibility.
Full payment after delivery for trusted and recurring clients.
For long-distance and cross-border deliveries, we may agree on a 50% deposit upfront, with the balance payable within 30 days after delivery.

This flexibility ensures our clients can choose the option that best suits their budget and operations.

Yes. All our quotes are free and carry no obligation. You are not bound to proceed with the booking just because you requested a quotation.

However, if you confirm a booking and make a payment (deposit or full), you can still cancel and receive a refund, provided that cancellation is done at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. For cancellations made later than that, some administrative fees may apply.
